Hirosaki . . . in the fall
Another Japanese festival . . . Chrysanthemum Festival . . . was this weekend in Hirosaki. J and I have taken pictures there at the Lantern Festival in February and Sakura Festival in April . . . this is the fall festival, and I'm not sure they have one in the summer :)
